Pointed base shield erect. In its field grey a ploughshare argent couped pointing sinister, dividing the name of the settlement to VN-DNI.

The sole of the ploughshare is adorned in a semi-circle by two rose-branches with stems and leaves gules and the stems intertwining. Above the shield the motto UND is borne in sable.
