Symmetrical shield erect, contoured or. In base party per fess with a double ribbon or. In chief argent a symmetrical tree is borne, proper. It has three branches and three roots. Each branch bears five leaves. In the upper dexter corner of the field the crescent of the moon, proper, in the upper sinister corner a sun rayonnant and proper, with 15 beams. In base vert a scinitar argent is borne.

The charges of the settlement’s coat of arms are references to the events of local history. Their design is complete with a ribbon, borne above the shield and the settlement’s namje SZILVÁGY is inscribed in it.
