Triangular shield argent, from base azure trunk brown with leafy branches vert in both sides is issuing. In dexter chief cross slant. On the trunk eagle brown wings spreaded leg and beak slant tongue out, courant to the sinister but looking to the dexter to the cross slant.

The interpretation of the coat of arms:

Szegerdő village belongs to the scope of Kisbalaton, its typical protected bird is the eagle. The trunk brown with leaves vert symbolises rejuvenation, desire to live, while the cross symbolises the religious faith of the people.
