Sajóhídvég

(The County of Borsod-Abaúj-Zemplén)

Shield erect. Its main charge is a lion statant. On both sides of the shield mantling gules and azure. At fess an armoured head topped by a crown. As crest the figure of a warrior is borne, armed, and in his dexter hand he is holding a sword.

The first Sunday of the month of August, the anniversary of the foundation of the settlement, is the day of local celebrations at Sajóhídvég.
