The coat-of-arms is marshalled: chief shield party per saltire, with charges and ordinaries partly covered by an inescutcheon.

In the inescutcheon argent four bendlets gules, surmounted at the fess point by a gate tower with wings open wide, all sable.

In the upper field or of the chief shield party per saltire a stylised, crowned, double-headed eagle alaisé sable with wings abaissé and beaks half-opened.

In the dexter field azure, on a doubly convex base vert, issuing from a crown argent a female figure habited argent and belted gules, holding in the dexter hand a drawn scimitar. Above the charge a moon decrescent argent.

In the sinister field azure, issuing from the middle one of a triply convex base vert a wolf rampant argent, langued sable. Above the charge a six-pointed star argent.

In the lower field argent of the chief shield a stylised pale borne barry pily and counter pily.
