The coat-of-arms is a spade shield erect, the base curved to a point. In field azure a ploughshare erect, gules, charged with a Greek cross or. The former motif refers to the settlement's agricultural character, while the latter one signifies the abbey church. In the base, on both sides of the ploughshare a four-leaved wild rose argent, with five petals and five sepals. This motif symbolises the fact that Lébény belongs to the county of Moson. Across the top of the shield a five-pointed coronet or, referring to the settlement's one-time status as a royal market-town.
