Lakitelek

(County Bács-Kiskun)

Spade shield erect, base curved to a point. In fess a bendlet wavy argent, representing the Tisza River. In chief azure on the dexter an oak tree or, referring to Lakitelek's nature conservation area and its virgin oak forest; in the centre three goldfish crossed in saltire, evoking the past of the settlement as a fishing village, while on the sinister a three-leaved bunch of grapes or, symbolising the long-standing traditions of local viniculture and fructiculture.

In base vert a horse argent contourné, saddled, with the sinister foreleg bent in a triangle. This motif is a reminder of the Magyar conquest of Hungary.

Across the top an open helmet borne affronté. Mantling: dexter gules and or, sinister azure and argent.
