Triangular shield erect and azure. On triple mound vert a Pegasus or is borne, with its front feet holding a goose-pen, argent, sharpened for writing. Shield is topped by a helm argent, lined gules and adorned or. On top of the helm a heraldic crown or, decorated gules and azure. Crown is crested by a patriarchal (Russian sectarian) cross or, issuing from the crown between two ram’s horns.

Mantling: azure and or on the dexter, vert and or on the sinister side.

Below the shield a swallow-tailed tripartite ribbon or, in which the settlement’s name, ALSÓREGMEC is inscribed in capital letters sable. Before and after the settlement’s name an ornamental dot, sable.
