Alsórajk

The coat-of-arms is a shield erect azure with a pointed base. In the chief argent a pale gules, emblazoned with the heraldic charge of the Buzád-Hahót clan: a bison's head alaisé argent borne affronté, adorned with a square cross or between the horns. In the dexter chief argent a ploughshare and a coulter alaisé vert in pale, with the blades to the dexter. In the sinister chief argent a leaved bunch of grapes alaisé vert. In the field azure, issuing from the base, the figure of St Rose of Lima (in fact Isabella de Flores) tinctured or, borne affronté with a wreath of roses gules on the head, holding in the dexter hand in front of her body the Dominican Order's cross fleurs-de-lis quartered argent and sable. The saint's figure is flanked on both sides by a fleur-de-lis alaisé or. Under the coat-of-arms, on a swallow-tailed three-sectioned concave scroll alaisé or the motto ALSÓRAJK in majuscules, flanked on each side by an ornamental dot, all sable.
